The PDC.za will enable brand owners, manufacturers, suppliers, agents, wholesalers and importers to load new product data and manage or update existing product data, of a non-competitive nature on a central master database. Retailers can search for, subscribe to, and integrate this product information into their internal systems to enable trading with correct product data.
Having accurate product data available would ultimately improve supply chain management and efficiency. The PDC.za was designed to integrate into a company’s internal system and will link up with other global PDC’s in future.
